Signing up for Perlico is easy just call us on 1890 252 148. Once we've analyzed your bill and provided you with a written quotation of savings we will start the sign-up process. It takes around 16 working days for your calls to be switched to Perlico from your existing provider.

We'll notify you of the expected date when Perlico starts carrying your calls or you can contact your Account Manager at anytime for an update.

What is the Perlico No Commitment Guarantee?

We're certain you'll be delighted with your Perlico service. As such, we have no minimum contract period that you have to commit to. If for any reason you decide you're not happy, you can change to another provider simply by phoning them. With Perlico there's no contract period, no penalty for leaving and no termination fee.

How does carrier pre-select work?

Perlico Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) enables you to achieve significantly lower costs for all your outbound calls without the need to change your existing Eircom telephone numbers or install any additional hardware.

There is no disruption or inconvenience involved with CPS, no PBX reprogramming, no auto-dialers or manual prefixing; you keep your existing numbers and continue to make telephone calls as usual. The result is a significant cost reduction when calling local, national, international and mobile phones.

What changes will be made to our service?

None! Keep your existing number and continue to dial as normal. The only difference is that your calls cost less with Perlico and you'll benefit from our excellent account management.

What competitor pricing or discount schemes do Perlico offer?

Unlike some competitors, we believe in being up front about our prices. Don't be fooled by complex volume based discounts, loyalty schemes or apparent price reductions that may end up costing you more. Perlico is the best value telecom service in Ireland. You pay the great low prices quoted, no hidden charges and no extra fees. It's as simple as that.

What if Perlico prices change?

If we ever increase a price, we'll give you a minimum of 14 days notice, allowing ample time to change provider if you so choose.

How much will we save?

The amount you save depends on the type of calls you make. This could be €100, €200, €600... per month or per year. Compared to Eircom, some calls are over a euro per minute cheaper! On average you can expect to cut 15%-45% off the cost of your telephone calls.

Do Perlico supply a broadband router?

Perlico will provide you with a router for connecting to your broadband service. This is free to use for the duration that you are a Perlico Business Broadband customer. You can use your own modem if you choose to, however Perlico will not support this modem or make any assurances as to the quality of service you will receive by doing this. Also should there be any adverse effects of using your own equipment Perlico shall be at all times completely indemnified against blame.

Important Notes on Installation of Perlico Business Broadband:

Please have the relevant telephone line disconnected from any equipment and ready to be accessed by a technician.

Perlico's technician will connect a Broadband router to the relevant telephone line and then access the Internet using a standalone computer or the technician's own laptop computer.

Depending on your existing computer configuration, you may need to re-configure your computer network to connect to the Perlico Broadband Router. Accordingly, we advise having your IT supplier available on the date of installation in order to complete this task. If you do not have an existing IT advisor, please let us know and we'll recommend a suitable supplier.

On occasion, when your broadband router is installed by our technician, broadband may not be immediately available but rather, further configuration may need to be completed by Perlico off-site in order to commence your broadband service. Accordingly, we recommend not disconnecting any existing Internet access configuration until after Broadband has been fully installed.

What happens after the order is placed?

Once we've received your completed Activation Form, we will begin the process that will result in broadband being available on your line.

Around 10 working days later, we will inform you of a date on which our engineer will arrive at your location to connect your broadband service and provide you with a Broadband router. This is normally within a further 20 working days.

Is there a minimum contract duration?

No. However, a cancellation fee applies of €50 if you cancel broadband in the first 6 months or €25 ex VAT thereafter.

What happens if we have an ISDN/High-speed line?

If you have an ISDN line, please indicate this during the application process. As part of the process, we will arrange for this line to be downgraded to a standard analogue telephone line so that Broadband can be enabled.

N.B. Note that the second number in your ISDN or "Hi-Speed" pair will be lost and during the change-over process, you may lose service on this ISDN line for a number of days as it is being downgraded.

What benefits do we receive with Perlico Business Broadband?

With Perlico Business Broadband, your business will have an "always-on" connection to the Internet for a guaranteed flat monthly fee. Plus, the speed at which you and your colleagues view web pages, download files and receive e-mails is up to 10 times faster than a standard dial-up connection - meaning your use of the Internet is much more productive.

Plus, Perlico Business Broadband is not restricted to a set number of users. You can share Broadband Internet access to an unlimited number of users across your business computer network.

How much does Perlico Business Broadband cost?

The monthly charge for Perlico 2Mb Business Broadband is €20.65 ex VAT. The monthly charge for Perlico 3Mb Business Broadband is €28.91 ex VAT. A once off installation/set-up charge also applies.

How do we check if our line is suitable for broadband?

Perlico Business Broadband is available on over 1,000,000 telephone lines nationwide and growing. Before ordering the service, you'll need to check that a line is suitable for being Broadband enabled. This can be done by calling our business customer service team on 1890 252 148.
